Pablo Undurraga is a founding partner of ACU Abogados where he formed and leads the Corporate / M&A and Venture Capital practice of the firm. At ACU Abogados, Mr. Undurraga arranged ACU’s interdisciplinary groups together to boost the M&A and Venture Capital practice of our firm successfully moving several deals forward. He also leads the negotiations with legal counterparts, always accurately advising our clients with a pro-business mindset.
