Pablo Undurraga is a founding partner of ACU Abogados where he formed and leads the Corporate / M&A and Venture Capital practice of the firm. At ACU Abogados, Mr. Undurraga arranged ACU’s interdisciplinary groups together to boost the M&A and Venture Capital practice of our firm successfully moving several deals forward. He also leads the negotiations with legal counterparts, always accurately advising our clients with a pro-business mindset. Mr. Undurraga is an expert in corporate law, M&A, private equity/venture capital and cross border transactions and investments funds. During his professional career of more than 10 years, Mr. Undurraga has highlighted, especially in corporate, M&A transactions, investments funds, private equity and venture capital.
