Practice Areas

Oliver Williamson was called to the Bar in 2008. Oliver has appeared at every level of court in England and Wales from the Magistrates to the Supreme Court. He has a mixed police and medical law practice, encompassing all regulatory, civil and public law matters and inquests. His varied practice defending and presenting before disciplinary tribunals, representing both claimants and defendants in civil litigation and acting for families and large institutions in Inquests affords a broad yet detailed understanding of all aspects of litigation. An earlier edition notes that he is “very impressive, he works hard at all hours, gives very careful consideration to documents and is a wonderful tactician. He is approachable, has a good eye for detail and thinks outside the box.” Please visit the Serjeants' Inn website for his profile, which sets out full details of his practice including relevant work of note.
