Ofélia Pinto de Queiroz

Ofélia Pinto de Queiroz heads the Venture Capital practice of the firm. With a long track-record advising on transactions, she has vast experience in local and cross-border venture capital deals, and also in M&A and private equity transactions. She provides legal advice to corporate clients, private equity houses, venture capital funds and other local and international investors, as well as managing entities and to the targets and respective management teams, in day-to-day matters and in a full range of transactions, in different stages of the businesses from start-up to maturity and exit stages, across different industry sectors, primarily in the technology and innovation, infrastructure and industrial sectors.
