Nicole has more than 20 years of health care experience, having served in diverse roles for provider networks, hospital systems, and physician practices, in practice management, regulatory compliance, project management, payor credentialing, human resources, information technology, revenue cycle analysis, and auditing.

With inside knowledge, she acts as in-house counsel for many client types including physician practices, post-acute and long-term care providers, and many other ancillary providers by advising on nuanced regulatory issues, operational issues, governmental investigations and represents clients in mergers and acquisitions. Using her technology background, Nicole is also bridging the gap between cybersecurity and health care to ensure her clients are compliant in their technology solutions. Nicole is well-versed in federal and state regulatory compliance. She understands the nuances related to HIPAA, the Stark Law, the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act (HITECH), the False Claims Act, the Federal Anti-Kickback Statute, and state licensing boards.

She is Certified in Healthcare Compliance by the Compliance Certification Board.
