Nicole is a Partner and Head of the Private Wealth Team.
Her experience stretches across both the UK and worldwide with a particular emphasis on France, Germany and Spain as well as India. She is fluent in German and French, which is valued by her international clients, and is an active member of the Alliott Global Alliance (a worldwide alliance of law and accountancy firms) which Sherrards are part of.
She advises many high-net-worth individuals on Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax and Estate Planning, Wills, Trusts and Declarations of Trust as well as Court of Protection matters including Deputyships and Lasting Powers of Attorney and more.
She often works alongside colleagues both within Sherrards and also in conjunction with lawyers from the Alliott Global Alliance in other practice areas including Residential, Corporate and Commercial and International.
Nicole is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and The Private Client Section of The Law Society.
