Nicola Kerr is a partner in Brown Rudnick’s Corporate and Employment Groups.
Nicola advises employers and senior executives of banks, private equity houses, hedge funds, broker-dealers and family offices on contentious and non-contentious employment law issues. She has particular experience in the following areas: high value executive severance, boardroom disputes, restrictive covenants and team moves, partnerships and LLPs, discrimination, whistle blowing, redundancy and collective consultation, employment law aspects of major corporate transactions, business transfers and the impact of TUPE –Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) regulations, confidentiality and data protection, disciplinary and grievance issues, corporate restructuring, drafting, strategic issues.
