Motoi Fujii is a partner of employment practice group. He has lots of experiences of legal procedures on the employer side regarding various employment disputes, including dismissal, disciplinary action, salary reduction, overtime allowances, harassment, workers compensation, claim of mental disorder, etc. He also knows how to cope with the Labor Standard Inspection Office and supports the clients by attending to the collective bargaining.
