Moira has specialised in employment law for over a decade acting for senior executives, partners, directors and employers. Moira’s practice covers the full spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment law issues, with particular expertise in discrimination, whistleblowing and harassment issues in the workplace. She has specific strength in litigation. Moira also has deep expertise in advising on redundancy situations and issues arising from performance, sickness absence, misconduct and termination of employment. She often advises clients within financial and professional services, as well as the fashion industry, in addition to a wide range of other sectors, including higher education.
