Ms. Vu leads the ADA Title III Team at Seyfarth Shaw LLP and has a national litigation practice defending businesses against lawsuits/Department of Justice enforcement actions involving alleged disability discrimination under Titles II and III of the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Fair Housing Act, the Rehabilitation Act, the Unruh Act and state human rights laws. Ms. Vu also provides compliance advice under these laws concerning architectural, website and other digital accessibility issues, as well as operational requirements imposed by the ADA.
