He works primarily with large developers, focusing on retail and office developments, and guiding clients through all stages of investment processes (incl. due diligence, permits/licenses, financing, leasing and sale). Michał assists clients in the negotiation and execution of real estate sale agreements, construction works agreements, service agreements (incl. ones with architects and other experts) and infrastructure agreements. He advises on leasing processes, negotiating and executing major lease agreements for retail and office space. He also boasts a strong track record in investment financing.

Michał’s transactions include: a range of real property acquisitions for Echo Investment and YIT Development; sale, leasing and financing transactions related to large office and residential projects run by BUMA Group (incl. DOT Office, Wadowicka 3, and CU Office); joint venture between Rank Progress and Vantage Development for a large investment project (estimated value: PLN 767m); comprehensive advisory for ECC Real Estate in regard to the development, financing and leasing of a large shopping mall, Nowa Stacja in Pruszków.
