His practice covers all aspects of real estate transactions including land acquisition, development, secured financings, joint ventures, development agreements, and leasing. Mike is one of the leaders of Miller Thomson’s Transactions & Leasing Group.
In addition to his commercial clients, Mike’s practice extends to the institutional sector. He frequently represents school boards and other educational institutions, as well as religious groups of various denominations and other charities.
