He represents a diverse group of clients, including developers, portfolio asset managers, landlords and tenants, pension funds, brokers, financial institutions and energy companies. He advises clients on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions including purchase and sale agreements, limited partnership agreements, co-ownership agreements, joint venture agreements, land exchange agreements, property management agreements and lease agreements across a broad range of real property assets including office, industrial, retail and multi-family projects.
