Work Highlights
A national regeneration fund on a number of long term regeneration projects in the North West including a flagship £1bn regeneration scheme, including leading the team and advising on an 80,000 sq ft office pre-let to a magic circle law firm, a £100m+ funding of a 188,000 grade A office underpinned by an annuity lease structure, the forward funding of the three BtR buildings (comprising over 300 units in total at a value of £92m) and the pre-let and forward funding of a further 175,000 grade A office.
