Meredith practices in the areas of Corporate, Commercial and Energy and Resources Law and has advised on a wide range of commercial transactions including takeovers, mergers, acquisitions, disposals, capital raisings, joint ventures and mining operational agreements. She has conducted comprehensive compliance and due diligence programs in those areas. Meredith has considerable experience in offshore transactions, having advised on a number of cross border transactions, capital raisings and listings.
Meredith was awarded "Best in Energy & Natural Resources" at the Euromoney Asia Women in Business Law Awards in 2018. She was included in the 100 Global Inspirational Women in Mining in December 2013 and has been voted by her peers as one of Australia's Best Lawyers for Corporate work and M&A.
