Mehala Marimuthoo

Mehala Marimuthoo graduated in 2000 from the University of London (LL.B. (Hons)). She obtained her Certificate of Legal Practice in 2002 and was admitted to the High Court of Malaya as an Advocate and Solicitor in 2003.

In 2011, she joined the firm as an Associate and was made a Partner in 2016. She is primarily engaged in employment litigation and advises on issues relating to dismissal, recruitment and employment policies, reorganization and retrenchment, mergers and acquisitions, outsourcing, performance management, internal disciplinary proceedings and provident fund and social security. Mehala also conducts interactive workshops on common employment law issues. Further, her other areas of practice include administrative law, general litigation and more recently, land reference.
