Maxim is a Senior Associate in the Corporate Finance practice group in London. Maxim's practice is focused on standalone Eurobonds, debt programmes and liability management and restructuring transactions. Maxim regularly advises a range of corporate and banking clients, from both emerged and emerging markets, with a particular focus on debut issuers from the CIS region and Georgia and SEC registered Eurobond issuers.
