Matthias has extensive experience in providing advisory for companies, their officers, shareholders, investors as well as bankruptcy administrators and creditors. He focuses, in particular, on guiding companies in their debtor in possession proceedings (Eigenverwaltung).

In addition, Matthias regularly advises in national and international (distressed) merger and acquisition transactions.

Recently, Matthias advised in various projects, inter alia, with respect to the following industry sectors: retail, automotive, media and information technology (IT).
