An international sports lawyer at Global Sports Advocates, Matt works with both athletes and sports organizations from around the world on all types of matters such as allegations of doping and misconduct, disputes over eligibility and team selection, and governance issues. Matt enjoys solving his clients’ problems regardless of the situation and prides himself on always being available for his clients worldwide whenever they need him to provide candid advice they can trust.
Career
Matt started as an intern with Global Sports Advocates in 2016 and joined the firm as an associate in 2017. He is solely devoted to the practice of sports law.

Matt is a member of the Sport Resolutions pro bono panel, Sports Lawyers Association, and the New York Bar Association.
Publications
Matt regularly writes articles for various global sports publications including Football Legal, Sports Law and Taxation Journal, and LawInSport. He also contributes chapters to various books specializing in sports law and international arbitration.
Personal
Matt loves traveling and has visited more than 25 countries as part of school, vacation, and work. He enjoys eating authentic food wherever he goes and immersing himself in the country’s culture. Although he still plays a variety of sports recreationally, Matt’s current hobby of choice is "swimrunning".
