Specialises in German and EC competition law as well as in public procurement law. Martin's merger control experience both at national and EC level covers a wide range of industries, such as energy, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, packaging, paper, automotive, transport/logistics, banking, and waste disposal, and also includes frequent advice to private equity investors. Regularly represents clients in cartel investigations and has done public procurement work for both public contractors and bidders in recent major German privatisation projects in the air transport and the waste treatment industries.
