Martin Diller advises on all aspects of labour and employment law, especially works constitution, collective bargaining, restructuring and outsourcing. Company pensions are a main focus. He also advises clients on matters regarding the professional rules of conduct for lawyers and law firms.
Martin Diller studied at the University of Mainz. He is a certified labour law attorney and has been a partner at Gleiss Lutz since 1996. He is honorary professor of Würzburg University.
