Marko has been a key figure in our Law Firm for over 25 years, positioning himself as a fundamental member and standing out especially in corporate, real estate and tax law matters. Marko led the development and sale operations of two of the main and more exclusive residential areas of Chile: The Chamisero real estate project with more than 500 hectares, located in Colina, Santiago de Chile and large-scale projects in La Dehesa, Lo Barnechea district, Santiago de Chile, executed by Alto Los Nogales S.A., a family office that solely owns more than a third of the building area in this particular sector. Likewise, he lead the operations of Inmobiliaria PY S.A., the leading company in the country in the development of state-subsidized projects, Idea Inmobiliaria,Prohabit S.A., Constructora Carran, among others. In recognition to his real estate expertise, during this year we began to advise Inmobiliaria Fundamenta, a leading national real estate company which currently is developing the biggest urban housing real estate project in Chile. Marko’s knowledge in Tax matters, which has allow us to provide our clients integral legal assistance both in real estate and tax law. This conjunction is highly appreciated by our clients, since the tax reforms have had an enormous impact in the real estate business.
