Mark specialises in Employment, Discrimination and Whistleblowing litigation, for claims brought in the Employment Tribunal and associated appeals to the Employment Appeal Tribunal, and the Court of Appeal. He has particular experience in dealing with Applications for Interim Relief in the Employment Tribunal. Mark also accepts instructions to complete Investigations for clients, and to act as a Disciplinary or Appeal officer.
Mark is a member of the Attorney General’s B-Panel of Junior Counsel to the Crown, and is a contributor to Blackstone’s Employment Law Practice published by Oxford University Press.
Mark has extensive business experience from his time prior to coming to the Bar. He was a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte, and a successful banker dealing in complex international financing transactions, as well as being a statutory director of a number of companies.
