Mark Delboo is the founding partner of DELBOO. He has an extensive experience (more than 30 years) in national and international estate planning for high-net-worth individuals, focused on aspects of both tax law as well as civil law.
Mark Delboo obtained his law degree, magna cum laude, at the University of Ghent and was awarded his additional diploma Tax Law, cum laude, at the Université Libre of Brussels.
He is a member of the editorial committee of the journal ‘Nieuwsbrief Successierechten‘ (Newsletter Inheritance Taxes), author of many articles in professional journals and a popular guest speaker.
