Career
Maria Gracia founded in 2015 RdC Abogados, a law firm advising providers of financial services, including those whose activity pivots around innovative technologies. She was the head of the Financial Regulatory practice in the Madrid office of Baker & McKenzie for 15 years and a member of the European Securities Markets Experts Group appointed by the European Commission between 2006 and 2009. Between 2001 and 2012, she was a member of the Legal and Tax Committee of the European Venture Capital Association (EVCA) and of the Legal and Tax Committee of the Spanish Venture Capital Association (now SpainCap). She is an independent member of the Board of JB Capital Markets, S.A., Sociedad de Valores and of AyG Banca Privada.
In 2023, Maria Gracia joined ACT LEGAL as Of counsel in the financial services regulation team. She has regularly published articles on financial services and collective investments regulation, and has also contributed to several collective books. Additionally, she has taught, serving as an adjunct professor in various Master's programs at the Instituto de Empresa since 2008.
