Career
Maria Gracia founded in 2015 RdC Abogados, a law firm advising providers of financial services, including those whose activity pivots around innovative technologies. She was the head of the Financial Regulatory practice in the Madrid office of Baker & McKenzie for 15 years and a member of the European Securities Markets Experts Group appointed by the European Commission between 2006 and 2009. Between 2001 and 2012, she was a member of the Legal and Tax Committee of the European Venture Capital Association (EVCA) and of the Legal and Tax Committee of the Spanish Venture Capital Association (ASCRI). She is currently the Secretary of the Spanish crowdlending association (ACLE), and an independent member of the Board of JB Capital Markets, S.A., Sociedad de Valores and of AyG Banca Privada.
In 2023, Maria Gracia joined ALEDRA LEGAL as Of counsel in the financial services regulation team.
