Mantas Petkevičius

As a member of the firm’s Corporate and M&A practice, he leads the Private Equity & Venture Capital team. If he had to summarise his professional experience in only one phrase, he would say transaction negotiations. If he is allowed to expand to five, he would add private equity, M&A, foreign investments and large projects.

For the last five years he has been leading the firm’s Private Equity & Venture Capital team, which covers both private equity and venture capital transactions as well as fund structuring (formation, negotiations for Limited Partnership Agreements (LPAs) or fund rules, regulatory advice). Together with the team we have worked on many private equity and venture capital investments and exits as well as mezzanine financing on both sides, representing respective funds and their counterparties. We have also helped to establish several private equity and venture capital funds mostly working on the general partner (GP) side, but also on the limited partner (LP) side.
