Before joining Adams & Remers Lloyd was at Thomas Eggar LLP (now part of Irwin Mitchell LLP) and before that Henmans LLP (now Freeths LLP) and Bircham Dyson Bell LLP.

Lloyd is highly experienced in litigation concerning trusts and estates – acting for professional trustees, lay trustees and beneficiaries and fiduciaries and their advisers, HNW individuals, and charities. His clients are national and international. He has gained a reputation for robust and effective advice in this complex area of law and has developed a particular expertise acting in disputes involving farms.

He is experienced in mediating and resolving contentious trust, estate and probate disputes for beneficiaries, trustees/fiduciaries, executors and administrators both UK and non-UK based. Advising on professional negligence claims against executors and trustees, and advising on Court of Protection disputes.
