Linda Lamb

Linda Lamb is a highly skilled specialist in family law, with extensive experience in child arrangements and family disputes. As an accredited family solicitor, collaborative lawyer, and mediator, Linda offers a unique combination of expertise in child-inclusive mediation, hybrid mediation, and children's arbitration. With a wealth of litigation experience, Linda is prepared to pursue judicial proceedings when necessary, always keeping the client's best interests at the forefront. Renowned for her compassionate approach, she is dedicated to resolving complex family matters with care and professionalism.

Linda qualified as a solicitor in Scotland in 1993 and in England & Wales in 1995. She has practising certificates in both jurisdictions. After twenty years as a partner in traditional law firms, Linda founded LSL Family Law in 2017, her aim was to create a practice that prioritised client wellbeing and provided personalised legal solutions over the traditional law firm model.

By offering family, hybrid and child inclusive mediations, collaborative law and children arbitration, along with traditional legal support Linda has built a boutique firm that truly focuses on the needs of each client.

Member and accredited expert with Resolution (specialising in cohabitees and private children proceedings); accredited mediator with the Law Society; member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators as a children arbitrator. Member of BrightPOD, We Can Work It Out POD, Sussex Family Solutions (groups of Collaborative Lawyers), Lawyers Who Mediate and Family Mediators Association.

Before studying law Linda was a district nurse and midwife. Outside work, Linda enjoys skiing and spending time with her family and her yellow Labrador.
