Leonard Gangbar

Leonard routinely represents many of the country's largest private real estate developers across a broad spectrum of real estate asset classes, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing and development of commercial, industrial, apartment and condominium assets. he has extensive experience negotiating and structuring complex real estate transactions. He's a leader in large scale urban mixed use developments (coordinating the interplay of office, residential, commercial and athletic facilities within a development site) and financing. Leonard has significant experience in industrial and apartment portfolio acquisitions and dispositions and Brownfield acquisitions and dispositions.

Admitted to the Ontario Bar, 1994.

Leonard is Past Chair of the Ontario Bar Association - Real Property Section. He is also Past Chair of Education for the OBA Real Property Section.
