Mr. Lorber's practice focuses on employment counselling and regulatory representation. He regularly advises and represents employers in regulatory and government enforcement, advises on new statutory or regulatory requirements, represents employers and individuals on executive contracts, terminations and benefits issues. Mr. Lorber also advises employers on labor issues found in government contracts.
