Lauren practices exclusively in family finance work, covering all areas of matrimonial finance and applications under Schedule 1 of the Children Act.

Lauren specialises in complex matters, often dealing with high-profile and high net-worth clients who require persuasive and robust representation alongside discrete handling of their cases.

Lauren has significant experience of dealing with cases involving thorny factual or legal issues, such as non-disclosure, company or trust involvement, farming disputes or those with an international element. She is regularly instructed in variation applications or those made under Part III

Represented Wife in a long standing enforcement application involving Trusts where Husband was overseas. O’Donnell v O’Donnell [2022] EWFC 68

Successfully defended against the Husband’s claims against the heiress Wife’s assets running to c£113m, limiting to modest needs only.

Arbitration representing Wife in a multi £million farming partnership.
