Kevin Lim is a founder and Joint Managing Director of Dunbar & Lim Chambers.
He specialises in international arbitration, acting as both advocate and arbitrator. His practice focuses on complex, high-value disputes across Asia, including joint venture, energy, technology, infrastructure, and investor-state matters.
Before co-founding Dunbar & Lim Chambers, Kevin was a senior member of a leading international law firm. He also previously served as State Counsel to the Singapore Government on international law matters, including investor-state disputes, and represented Singapore in investment treaty negotiations.
Kevin regularly sits as sole and party-appointed arbitrator. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb) and is listed as an arbitrator with the SIAC, HKIAC, KCAB, DIAC, AIAC, and THAC.
