Katharina Humphrey

Katharina focuses on white collar defense and compliance investigations in a wide array of criminal regulatory matters. She advises clients in connection with internal corporate investigations both nationally and internationally as well as the representation of companies before domestic and foreign authorities during associated criminal and administrative proceedings. She has significant expertise in the areas of anti-bribery compliance – especially regarding the enforcement of German anti-corruption laws and the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), technical compliance, ESG as well as sanctions and anti-money-laundering compliance.

Katharina has many years of experience in advising clients with regard to the structuring, implementation and assessment of compliance management systems and in connection with FCPA monitorships or similar monitor functions.
