Karin is in charge of the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. She advises domestic and international investors, real estate developers and financial institutions in the acquisitions and disposals, leasing, property development and real estate financing of all types of real estate as well as real estate investment trusts (REITs). She has also facilitated the development of special economic zones/corridors.
Karin joined the firm in September 2004. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as an advocate and solicitor at Azra & Associates as well as Soo Thien Ming & Nashrah
