Practice Areas
Karin Dulac is a partner in the French office of Ogletree Deakins.
She advises clients on all aspects of employment law.
She has extensive experience in high-profile restructuring cases (collective agreement on mutual termination of employment (RCC), collective agreement on the modification of employment contracts (APC), downsizing plan (PSE), site closures, collective redundancies), enabling each company to adapt its workforce to the desired strategic directions, market constraints or potential economic difficulties it may face, and in the renegotiation of collective statutes following reorganisation operations.
She has also developed a particular expertise in the field of equal treatment and discrimination and regularly represents her clients in sensitive litigation in this area, but also in the consultancy phase, in particular in relation to the implementation of the Equality Index and the corrective measures to be taken.
Karin often intervenes in cases of "accidents at work" and "occupational diseases", assisting companies in their relations with the social security authorities (CPAM or CRRMP) or representing them before the courts in the litigation phase.
Karin Dulac is a regular contributor of the Chambers guide. She co-authored the article "An introduction to Employment" in Chambers Employment Practice In-Depth Overview for France in 2023 and 2024.
