Karen represents clients in a wide range of commercial and business matters, with a focus on major commercial real estate and property development disputes, shareholder, director, partnership and corporate control issues, commercial contracts, gaming, banking/financial services and security enforcement.

Personal

Karen is active in the community, including as a member of the board of directors of Vancouver College, a private all-boys elementary and high school, and as a member of the board of the Vancouver Performing Stars Society. She recently served two years on the CBABC Advisory to the Judicial Council of BC Committee. She served on the board of directors of the Association of Women in Finance (2013-2017) and on its Women on Boards Committee during 2017/2018.
