Julião Coelho holds a Master’s Degree in Energy Law and Clean Technology from the University of California, Berkeley, USA, and boasts twenty years of experience in the Electrical Sector, having held relevant public positions throughout his career, such as Commissioner (2009 – 2013) and Federal Attorney (2002 –2004) at the Brazilian Electricity Regulatory Agency (ANEEL), which have given him unique expertise in the energy sector, particularly when it comes to regulatory matters, and Federal District Attorney, since 2005.
