Career

Juliana Maggi Lima is a founding and managing partner at MLS Advocacia, a boutique São Paulo-based law firm dedicated exclusively to Family Law, Succession, and Estate Planning. A Chambers-ranked lawyer with over 15 years of experience, Juliana is widely recognised for her ability to navigate complex legal and emotional dynamics in high-stakes family and inheritance matters.

Her practice combines strategic litigation and negotiation with academic rigour and a deep commitment to ethical advocacy. She regularly advises high-net-worth clients on intergenerational wealth transfers, marital agreements, fiduciary duties, and probate disputes — both in domestic and international contexts.

Juliana has been actively involved in the São Paulo Bar Association (OAB-SP) for over a decade, contributing to several institutional initiatives. She currently serves on the Permanent Commission on Women Lawyers and has been a member of the First Panel of the Prerogatives Council.
