Judy Grace Hylton heads Hylton & Hylton's six member Conveyancing Department, specializing in residential and commercial land sales, medium and large scale real estate developments, probate and administration, estate planning and trusts.
With a reputation for uncompromising quality and solution oriented hands-on service, Judy’s clients receive the same level of care and attention whether they are selling a 700 room Hotel, developing a 500 unit 3 phase land development, acquiring major lands to expand the English speaking region’s largest wharfage interests, purchasing 400 parcels of land as part of a multi national entity acquisition, or are a bereaved UK family resealing a grant or a young couple buying a first home.
Admitted to practice in Jamaica 1988, Judy practiced in the British Virgin Islands between 1995 and 2002 and was head of the Corporate Services Department and thereafter the Trust Department of one of the world’s largest offshore trust companies.
Judy has been a member of the United Kingdom Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) since 1999 and was a member of the Board of the Investigative Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Jamaica for over a decade.
