I´ve advised national and international clients in structuring and developing strategies for land use, planning permits obtention, structuring projects, undertaking due diligences, title researches and urban planning studies as well as drafting and negotiating contracts.
I have also advised the legal strategy for complex legal structures related to the acquisition of real estate properties, the development of residential projects, office buildings, logistic, tourism, commerce, agroindustry, and infrastructure, among others.
