Juan Carlos is an attorney with a specialization in Amparo Law from Universidad Panamericana. He obtained the ILEC from Cambridge in 2006.
He has more than 20 years of experience in the practice of Intellectual Property, Administrative Litigation, Amparo and Foreign Trade. He is currently a Senior Partner of the firm and leads the Intellectual Property Litigation group, the Trademark and Copyright group and the Corporate and Commercial Law group.
Juan Carlos represents clients in global IP and commercial strategies, and has represented national and international clients in over 500 litigation cases.

He has also been invited by the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) and the Japan Patent Attorneys Association (JPAA) to participate in Tokyo and Osaka as a lecturer in different seminars on Mexican Litigation Practice.
