José Otavio Faloppa is one of BMA’s Tax partners. He represents clients in matters related to corporate taxation, debt restructuring, and corporate and business reorganizations. He also has significant experience in taxation in the debt and equity markets, M&A transactions, foreign investment in Brazil, and Brazilian investment abroad.

His clients include large national and international businesses doing business in a wide variety of sectors, including finance, real estate, energy, telecommunications, and mining, as well as private equity funds and individuals.

Currently, José Otavio coordinates BMA’s Tax practice. He is also a member of BMA’s Steering Committee, participating actively in matters related to the firm’s management.
