Francisco Vacas has extensive and recognized experience in the labour field. He served as Vice Minister of Labour and Employment at the Ministry of Labour Relations and later held the position of Minister of Labour Relations of Ecuador.

He worked as Advisor to the National Secretary and Subsecretary of Policies and Norms (SENRES). Additionally, he was a Legal Advisor and Special Representative for Group Stanford Casa de Valores S.A.

He also served as Legal Advisor and Special Representative for Stanford Trust Company and Trust Fund Management S.A.

2014 – Present: Partner, BUSTAMANTE FABARA.

2012 – 2014: Minister of Labour Relations.

2009 – 2012: Vice Minister of Labour Relations.

April – August 2009: Advisor to the National Secretary of Public Sector Remuneration.

2007 – 2009: Owner of a Legal Studio. External advisor on securities market, commercial, corporate, and tax matters.

2003 – 2007: National legal advisor and special representative since 2004 for Stanford Group Casa de Valores S.A.

2001 – 2003: National legal advisor for Fideval S.A. Trust Administrator.

1995 – 1998: Owner Partner of Asesoría & Gestión Legal Studio. Advisory in corporate, financial, collections, and labor matters.
