José Antonio Miguel Neto is the founding partner of Miguel Neto Advogados and one of Brazil’s most respected corporate lawyers, with over four decades of experience advising clients on complex corporate, M&A, and business law matters. Renowned for his strategic vision and business-oriented mindset, he has built a distinguished career providing practical, results-driven solutions to sophisticated corporate challenges.

Since founding his independent practice in the early 1990s, José Antonio has advised domestic and international family-owned groups and corporations in structuring and consolidating their business operations. In addition to his legal practice, José Antonio serves on the boards of several major Brazilian companies, including Três Corações, Embalagens Flexíveis Diadema, Blau Farmacêutica, Movecta, Lojas Belian, and Pro Security. He is also a long-standing member of the Brazilian and Portuguese Bar Associations, the International Bar Association, the Union Internationale des Avocats, and Interlegal, where he previously served as Chairman.
