In the past 30 years, Mr. Skilton has concentrated his practice in patent litigation. Over this period, he has managed patent and intellectual property, complex commercial, and antitrust disputes, among many others. He has tried over 30 cases, and argued over 25 appeals in state and federal courts around the country. Throughout his career, Mr. Skilton has been very active in numerous professional activities. He has served as a member of the Board of Governors of the American Bar Association, President of the State Bar of Wisconsin and Co-Chaired the Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights Under Law.
