John Roberti is a partner in Zaiger Linden Roberti's Washington, D.C. office. He has over 30 years of experience advising clients on a variety of complex antitrust issues, including high-profile litigation and investigations, with a particular focus on healthcare and technology matters. He is an alumnus of the Federal Trade Commission. He represents both plaintiffs and defendants in all manners of antitrust claims, including class actions, mass action arbitrations and business to business disputes. He also regularly represents clients before the Federal Trade Commission and the U.S. Department of Justice, and has advised corporate clients on building and evaluating antitrust compliance programs.
