John H McClenahan

John McClenahan specializes in development and financing of infrastructure and energy projects. Managing Partner of the Tokyo office and a partner in the Global Transactions and Finance practice, John works with clients on all aspects of project development, financing, and mergers and acquisitions around the world. With project experience across Asia, South America, the Middle East, Africa and Europe, he advises ECA and commercial lenders, sponsors, project companies and contractors on all aspects of infrastructure and energy projects, from bidding through financial close.

McClenahan has particular experience with power, floating production storage and offloading, gas and liquefied natural gas, and regasification projects. He also advises clients on acquisition finance, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures.
