Dr. Joel Nägerl studied physics in Göttingen and San Diego (USA) and obtained a PhD in physics in the area of semiconductor optics. He is a German and European Patent Attorney.
Prior to his extensive work at Zimmermann and Partner mbB, Dr. Nägerl started his career at the Bardehle law firm (Düsseldorf) and gained valuable experience as a patent attorney at KNH (Düsseldorf). Dr. Nägerl joined Zimmermann and Partner mbB in 2006, quickly establishing a reputation for excellence in high-profile litigation. Notably, he has been working with Samsung since 2000 and continues to serve as Samsung's primary German patent attorney.
