With over 25 years of experience, he has participated in various intellectual property litigation cases and has published legal opinions on the subject. João Paulo Mioludo is a member of the Associação Portuguesa de Consultores em Propriedade Industrial, the European Community Trademark Association and the International Trademark Association.
