Career

Jesús Remón joined the firm as a partner in 1996, having previously worked as a lawyer for the State in the Spanish Constitutional Court. He heads the firm’s Litigation, Arbitration and Public Law Practice Area.

His professional practice is focused on national and international arbitration, litigation, both in civil and administrative jurisdictions, and advising on administrative and constitutional issues.

He is a permanent member of the Comisión General de Codificación, Honorary President of the Club Español del Arbitraje, member of the International Court of Arbitration — ICC (Paris) and member of the Comisión Jurídica of the Consejo General de la Abogacía.

Jesús is a member of the board of trustees of the Fundación Wolters Kluwer and of the academic board of the Fundación para la Investigación sobre el Derecho y la Empresa (FIDE).

He has been awarded the Cross of Merit for Services to the Legal Profession.
