About

Practice Areas
During her twenty five years plus of practice Jenny has advised on most areas of UK and immigration law. She advises individuals and businesses in the Oxford area where she is based but has clients from around the UK and indeed the world. She has developed a strong client base of individuals seeking to navigate the complexities of the rules relating to partner and family applications and can genuinely say that she has sometimes changed lives for the better. She has in recent years assisted many European nationals and their family members in dealing with the ongoing post-Brexit complexities.
Being based in Oxford means that Jenny has assisted many students ,graduates and academics and she also advises employers on Right to Work Checks, on applications for sponsor licences and on the obligations which come with being a licence holder.
Career
Jenny developed her interest in immigration law whilst volunteering at a Legal Centre in Australia and later whilst a trainee solicitor at a large Oxford firm where she eventually became a partner .She left to set up her own niche immigration business almost nine years ago and is very much enjoying the flexibility of being her own boss.

Jenny is of course a member of the Law Society and Jenny Harvey Immigration is a member of the Immigration Law Practitioners Association.
Personal
Jenny read history at Lady Margaret Hall, Oxford University. She attended the College of Law in York before gravitating back to Oxford, a city which she loves and in which she has built her life and her business.
