Jenny Harvey

During her thirty years plus of practice , Jenny has advised on most areas of UK immigration law, latterly with an emphasis on helping individuals with complex immigration issues. She advises individuals but also businesses in the Oxford area where she is based and also has clients around the UK and the world.

Being based in Oxford has enabled her to help many students, graduates and academics and she also advises employers on sponsor licence applications and the employment of skilled workers.

Jenny developed her interest in immigration law many years ago whilst volunteering at a law centre in Australia and later as a trainee solicitor at Darbys Solicitors in Oxford. She became a partner at Darbys and eventually left to set up her own niche immigration business some nine years ago. She is enjoying the flexibility of being her own boss and the ability to choose which charities to support . She is currently doing some voluntary work for Oxford Citizens Advice Bureau.

Jenny is of course a member of the Law Society and Jenny Harvey Immigration ,her firm, is a member of the Immigration Law Practitioners Association.

Jenny read history at Lady Margaret Hall , Oxford University . She attended the College of Law in York begore gravitating back to Oxford, a city she loves and in which she has built her life and her business.
